Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered
- Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- Trying on items is allowed, but they must not show signs of wear
- Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes are not accepted
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@olivias-collection.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address
- Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense
- We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval status
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
- Returns without tracking confirmation may not be processed
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order
- Any address changes must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
