At Olivia’s Collection, we always strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered
  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached
  • Trying on items is allowed, but they must not show signs of wear
  • Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes are not accepted

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@olivias-collection.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense
  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
  • Returns without tracking confirmation may not be processed
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order
  • Any address changes must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
